Thanks for the release! I’m not sure if your group or FFF does the editing for this, but I noticed a few small errors in case you haven’t already noticed them:
Dialogue: 10,0:15:05.73,0:15:09.54,Default,,0000,0000,0000,,{\an8}Is that propeller thing on your head on of those “garage kits” too?
Should be “one of those” instead of “on of those”.
Dialogue: 10,0:15:22.87,0:15:27.07,Default,,0000,0000,0000,,{\an8}dawn pink, coating paper and stamping, flyleaf and weaving, and et cetera.
“et cetera” literally means “and the rest” including the “and”, so putting an “and” before it here is incorrect.
Dialogue: 10,0:18:01.18,0:18:04.61,Default,,0000,0000,0000,,I have not said anything to that imply that!
I’m guessing this should be “I have not said anything to imply that!” without the extra “that”.
It’s fine. The only reason I took the time to point these out is because I know you guys are capable of doing pretty high quality releases from having seen your past work.
Really? I was always taught that “et cetera” and its abbreviation “etc.” are equivalent to using “and the rest” or “and so forth” and that they should always come right after a comma, but I haven’t read any formal documentation on their usage, so I guess I could be wrong.
A lot of common English comes down to common usage. Many of the phrases and grammar we use would have been incorrect only a short time ago. Literal meaning aren’t as important as some people will tell you.
Consider that ellipsis means omission, but common usage states that it can be used for purposes other than omitting words.
I’m with Yakimeshi on this one. Using “and et cetera” is a redundancy involving needless repetition; the “and” should be omitted as it adds nothing to what has already been said.
Waited for you guys tonight and I’m glad it payed off : )
We’ll be faster next week. First episodes can be rough.
Understandable. Worth the wait though.
Awesome, glad that there’s competent people handling this show.
Not trying to be rude, Pomf sure is weird name? O_o
I have a hunch “pomf” might be a reference to this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MkWWx0YSyM0 If it isn’t, then I don’t know.
Or it could be this.
I didn’t plan to watch it but with this name…
Welp. Feels good that there is a good group for this show too! Now only Ichi… Hagure Yuusha left.
Though that lone censor there ticked me of by the fact that one never comes alone. The show seems promising!
Thanks!
This is a surprise. Glad you guys are doing this. =)
Interesting name choice instead of finding a way to combine rori and FFF

We were all really tired, and the episode was a mess. This won’t occur again. First episodes are always troublesome.

I accidentally left ‘and et cetera’ in, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be used at all. I was doing a final pass, and this was edited in.
The term ‘and et cetera’ can be used in a situation such as:
“We bought timber, nails and et cetera, so we’re heading to the site now.”
This was my bad, though.

There’s no side to take when it comes to standards, but he did point out a mistake we made.
Michiru is the best girl, period.
is there a tutorial on how to make a v2? (if v2 still has errors then v3 and so on)
LunaDisk.. I see what they did there.
