I was about to ask the same question. An encoding glitch maybe? The video plays fine though, maybe a v2 at batch-time?
Playback is perfect on mpc-hc, only mplayer2 display wrong duration (but playback is perfect).
The error is on subs track, someone forgot two blank lines timed at 45min mark. Btw, subs will be fixed in batch.

There’re fonts, though.
coz when i try to split subtitle using mkvmerge,file is about 10mb.
when i open subtitle directly from mkv file and save,it is only ~100kb.
