How can I obtain a proper animations on OP and ED subtitles? I am using MPCHC, LAV, Haali, madVR set up according to a certain, popular guide on the Internet.
IMO, @05:18, I;m pretty sure the announcer said “Tachikawa houmen, Kamikitadai yuki mairimasu”, and I believe that’s “The train from Tachikawa, bound for Kamikitadai is arriving”.
Also, the sign on the train platform, the one that reads “Tachikawa, Kamikitadai district”, should it be “Arriving from Tachikawa, Bound for Kamikitadai”? (it reads “Tachikawa kita, Kamikitadai houmen/「立川北 上北台方面」”. Well, the 方面 could be translated as district tho)

Kamikitadai is the last station on the Tama Toshi Monorail Line (Yuuta and the girls boarding that line. If you look closely at the time they board the monorail, you’ll barely see the Tama Toshi’s distinctive marking).
So, there’s no way a train bound for anywhere to stop at Kamikitadai.
